2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment must be made 30 days before departure
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
• All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified

2.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen circumstances. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

In case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements at no extra cost.

4.1 Passport and Visa

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports and visas. We will provide guidance on visa requirements but are not responsible for visa denials.

4.2 Health Requirements

• Travelers must be in good health and fit to travel
• Medical insurance is mandatory for all travelers
• Vaccinations may be required for certain destinations
• Pregnant travelers should consult their doctor before booking

5.1 Our Liability

Prithi Taj Tours acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during travel.

5.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage. We can assist in arranging suitable insurance coverage.

6.1 Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements.

6.2 Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.), we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by travelers.
