Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive 90% refund, 15-30 days receive 75% refund, 7-14 days receive 50% refund, and less than 7 days receive no refund.

Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before departure. A nominal transfer fee of ₹1,000 may apply. The transferee must meet all tour requirements and visa conditions.

If we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements at no extra cost. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives or full refunds.

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we follow standard industry practices. Refunds will be processed according to the circumstances, and we will work with you to find suitable alternatives.
